Tumbling
Tumble classes open to beginners and most other skill levels!! Our classes focus on drills to safely and effectively execute tumbling skills, with a major emphasis on fundamental tumbling, including body positions, technique, strenghth, and execution.
SUNDAY TUMBLING- One hour classes separated by ability and age. These classes focus on the progression from beginner through advance tumbling. Sign up for Friday evalutations to get places in these Sunday progression classes.
BACK WALKOVER CLASS- This class is desinged to focus specifically on drills, body alignment, form, and strenght training to be able to properly execute a backwalk over.
BACK HANDSPRING CLASS- This class is desinged to focus specifically on drills, body alignment, form, and strenght training to be able to properly execute a back handspring.
AERIAL CLASS- This class is desinged to focus specifically on drills, body alignment, form, and strenght training to be able to properly execute an aerial.
HIGH SCHOOL TUMBLING- Learn tumbling skills needed specifically for High School cheer. This class is open to anyone from beginner to advance currently enrolled in High School.
